Join the Board of Coastal Community Connections (North Berwick) 

Coastal Community Connections (CCC) is seeking new Trustees to join our Board and help guide our purpose- supporting local people and strengthening community connections throughout our coastal community. 

We are a small, well-established charity with a strong local reputation and an ambitious but grounded approach. Our Trustees play a vital role in shaping our direction, supporting our staff team, and ensuring good governance – while staying connected to what matters most in our community. 

We are particularly interested in people who may be able to contribute to the following areas: 

Previous trustee or board experience is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from people who care about our community and can bring curiosity, sound judgement and a willingness to contribute. 

Trustee roles are voluntary, with reasonable expenses covered. Time commitment is manageable and flexible, with board meetings held quarterly. All roles are subject to a PVG check. Role descriptions below provide further information.

Candidates selected will be invited to interview with the Chair, Trustees or Senior Management Team in February 2026. Appointment will be conditional on securing an appropriate level of disclosure for the position from Disclosure Scotland.
