Volunteer Support & Training

Connecting with others

Volunteering with us is a great way to meet new people. We have two main social activities per year. Our summer meet up and our Volunteer Christmas quiz. When you join us, we provide comprehensive and engaging training covering aspects of the role and key skills and knowledge to help you get the best from your role.

Support and Supervision

We offer support and supervision to all our volunteers. We aim to meet with each and every volunteer at least once every six months. However, you can ask for a session whenever you feel the need or if something has happened that concerned you. It is a great opportunity to discuss your role and responsibility and your experience of volunteering with Coastal Community Connections

Values Driven

Are you hoping to explore volunteering to support a return to work? Our clear values can help you to explore transferable skills

When you volunteer with us, you become part of a supportive community dedicated to making a positive impact. We welcome our volunteers to join us for a coffee and a catch-up at our drop-in activities throughout the week. You’ll have the opportunity to meet like-minded people who share your passion for helping others in our community.
